TAMPA, Fla. — The Locust Group is working with the Tampa Veterans Research & Education Foundation on a customized organizational culture and workforce development initiative designed to support leadership, professional standards, and organizational effectiveness.
The Tampa Veterans Research & Education Foundation supports research and educational activities connected to the veteran community and the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital. Its work helps facilitate externally funded research, professional education, and initiatives intended to improve veteran health and well-being.
The Locust Group’s engagement combines organizational research with customized professional development. The process includes assessing workforce perspectives, analyzing organizational culture, identifying areas of strength and opportunity, developing strategic recommendations, and delivering training aligned with the organization’s needs.

Findings from the assessment will be synthesized into practical recommendations and used to inform customized leadership and professional development.
